Encyclopedia Pictura is at it again.

Some visual leaks of the new Bjork video for ‘Wanderlust’ have hit the web and people are getting all hot and bothered. The vid looks to be a monster and with a production credit list the size a feature film, the budget was probably off the charts too. The clip is being directed by Encyclopedia Pictura and produced by Ghost Robot (the team responsible for Grizzly Bear’s ‘Knife’ video along with the lesser hyped ‘Haven’t Been Yourself’ video for the band Seventeen Evergreen). NY’s UVPH design firm is also involved, helping out Encyclopedia Pictura with the CG/visual effects. You can also catch a small interview we did with Isaiah Saxon, half of the creative duo behind the EP outfit (the other half being Sean Hellfritsch). Anyway, the vid looks to be amazing at this point and it definitely has steep competition to live up to. Historically, Bjork videos are no slouches and have been some of the best work to come out of the MV genre, ever. Stay tuned.

On another note, if you happen to be an LA reader then you better get on down to the Hammer later this month for a screening and after party for said video. More info can be gathered here if you are interested (make sure you RSVP), we know we will be there. So stop by and say hi. We’d like to know what you look like too.
