It’s mostly composed of old stock footage with silly colors being animated and drawn over it, coupled with some shots of the band in 70’s garb trying to fit in with the shots. It reminds me of the Rapture video of the same ilk, while not as fun, it does feature the same ‘draw with color’ effects that heighten the faster moments of the song. It’s pretty abstract and hectic, which is fine and works well with the song but at times leaves me wanting more. As I already stated before, they have great energy as a band and I would have liked to see that come across better visually. Either way, the video does its job of selling the song and giving a visual accompaniment to the music, so bravo all around (kinda). If you haven’t checked out their release Hind Hind Legs you should make sure you go out and do that, definitely a top 30 album of the year, maybe even 25 depending on the weather.
