Of Montreal are about to drop their newest album in the months to come and I figured I’d get you kids ready for it by posting a video you might have missed or forgotten. A first time out for animators Kangaroo Alliance, their shot for Wraith Pinned to the Mist has already made the festival rounds and even gotten an appearance with your best friend/worst enemy Jim Shearer on Subterranean.

Brian once read an interview with Les Savy Fav, where they were just recovering from a party in which each person was to bring a copy of a singular song to be played at the party, meanwhile, the person also had to dress up like said song and rock it til the break of dawn! (P.S. I’m so freakin’ jealous of that party.) Anywhoo if that party were to happen today, this is the song that I would choose and I would dress up eskimo style or, now that there’s a video, maybe a penguin (watch the video and see why).

This now begs the question for you folks, which song would you bring to such a party, what would you dress up as, and why hasn’t anyone invited me to one yet!?! You all know you wanna tell us, so do the right thing, and leave your answers in the comments area. I can’t wait to hear from you all!!
